Bookings for 2024/2025 accommodation is open to firm offer holders who have chosen Manchester Met as their first choice. The rooms displayed on the MMU portal represent our current availability. If more rooms become available, they will be added to the portal. There are alternative accommodation options available with our private accommodation partners, who are currently offering a variety of ensuite rooms exclusively for MMU applicants. You can explore these options on our portal.

If you are a new full-time undergraduate student who meets our criteria, you are guaranteed a room in university sourced accommodation. Read our accommodation guarantee for more information.
